What happens after I register for one of the dental management courses?
You will receive an email directly after paying your tuition with instructions on how to enter your first course. If you are a dental practice registering more than one person, you will be provided a form to fill out and fax back to us. Once we receive your employees information we will continue the registration process and send them each a welcome email with instructions.
What if I have questions?
If you have questions about our courses prior to registering please call us at (888) 822-0917, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you are registered in our courses you will be able to contact your instructor either by telephone, email or fax. You will benefit from your instructors and learn so much more if you ask questions.
Who will be my instructor?
Each student is paired up with a qualified dental instructor. To read more about our instructors go to Instructors.
Is the entire course taught over the Internet?
Yes all of the courses are taught over the Internet. You will read the material and take the quizzes and exercises.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of each course.
Do you provide CE credits for your courses?
Yes. We provide continuing education credits via the California Dental Board (RP 4659) and the American Dental Association. Credits are provided to dentists, hygienists and registered dental assistants.
I am just entering the dental field, how will I find employment once I have completed your courses?
We do not promise or guarantee employment; however, a sincere and determined effort is made to assist students in finding jobs through staffing companies and our affiliation with Dentalworkers.com. This Internet based site provides our students with a resume builder. Once completed you may place your resumes at no extra charge on their site. Dentists in your area will be emailed your name and information and you will receive by email the dentist’s information as well.
What is your policy on refunds & privacy?
Once you have been provided access to an online course, there are no refunds. If you feel that another course is more suitable and you have not begun your course of study we will be pleased to accommodate you. We respect your privacy and will not share any information you provide us with any other party for any reason without your approval. This also includes our partnered site where our courses are located.
