Elaine will present

When Does "N.O." Mean "K.N.O.W."?

How many times a day do you hear the word "no" from your patients?

Do your patients postpone recommended treatment because they say they "can't afford it" or "it's not covered by my insurance"?

Do your patients ever refuse to accept preferred scheduled times because they can "only come in for late afternoon appointments"?

Do you have a challenge with broken appointments in your office?

Have you ever stopped to consider that in reality "no" could mean "know"? Maybe your patients are really saying "I need more information before I buy into your recommendations".

How well does your team communicate...with each other, and with patients?

How are patients passed from one team member to another?

Do patients always know each team member's name and what this person's role in their patient care will be? Or are patients just herded through like cattle from one chair to another?
