This was an enjoyable, and extremely comprehensive program with detailed information and instruction on all front office systems. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone, new or experienced in the dental field.

I have been an Office Manager in both the medical and dental fields for the past 12 years. At the time I found Warschaw Learning Institute I had reviewed and spoken to several different programs in a period of 2-4 weeks. When I called I spoke to Cathy Warschaw. She made me feel not only welcomed, but I felt as though I knew her for a lifetime. Cathy took the time to get to know me as an individual. She asked me about my goals and explained what the Warschaw Learning Institute had to offer and what I should look for in any program I decided to go with. Once I made up my mind Cathy assisted me in how I could fulfill my dreams. She truly cared about me as a person. But the hospitality did not stop there. Once I met my instructor Mary, she was just as kind and caring as Cathy. Mary always took her time and answered all my questions even if they did not pertain directly to a unit or a test.

I give a GREAT BIG THANKS to the Warschaw Learning Institute for all your awesome assistance. One more thing.... Both Cathy and Mary made it possible for me to advance in my career and I'm OFF! After 12 years and the Warschaw Learning Institute I have finally made it!!!

I took this course while learning hands on in a dental office. I believe that allowed me to learn much more quickly and be more efficient for the office I am in. The program was very user friendly and being able to work at my own pace was fantastic.
