Mary Lambourne, lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and is an ideal teacher for the Warschaw Learning Institute. Her initial training began as an orthodontic assistant. Since that was a "one girl office" she provided chairside assisting as well as staffing the front desk. Her career continued as an office manager for a pedodontist and later for an orthodontist.
Up until 2003 Mary was the office manager for her husband's dental office. It was at that time that she joined the Warschaw Learning Institute.
Mary believes in order to have a productive dental practice it is essential that the front office staff be trained properly. Mary feels privileged to be involved in training new employees and employees who need fresh ideas.
