This is a comprehensive course on successful management of dental insurance and accounts receivable control, designed for dental front office personnel, but will benefit the entire team, including the Doctor. It covers proper coding and claims submission in detail, and verbal scripting for mastering the art of communicating effectively with patients and insurance carriers.  The goal is increased case acceptance and cash flow for the practice.

DENTAL TO MEDICAL CROSS CODING COURSE

DENTAL COLLECTIONS SUCCESS: HOW TO COLLECT 100% OF THE DOLLARS YOU PRODUCE COURSE

The underlying theme of this course will be "cause and effect". We will focus on basic principles, which if learned and put into practice, will eliminate the need for collection of past due accounts. In addition to learning how to establish an effective accounts receivable management system students will learn the proper protocol for handling any balances currently showing as past due in the practice receivables files.

In today's busy world of modern technology, often we forget that effective communications is the foundation for success in everything we do, not only in our professional lives, but our personal lives as well. In addition, because today's professional holds positions of leadership which embody the essence of fundamental business principles that greatly impact the company's bottom line, we felt it only appropriate to model this course in that direction.
