How MyCAA Works
Warschaw Learning Institute is proud to work in conjunction with the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program. This program provides up to $6,000 in financial assistance for military spouses of active duty and activated Guard and Reserve service men and women.
Who Is Eligible
Spouses of DoD Active Duty members and activated members of the National Guard and Reserve Components are eligible. The period of eligibility is from the date of the Alert or Warning Order for Military Recall or Mobilization, through activation and deployment until 180 days following De-Mobilization. *Spouses of the severely injured, ill, wounded, killed in action (KIA), prisoners of war (POW) and missing in action (MIA) please inquire through your local office.
How MyCAA Works
A military spouse can request MyCAA Financial Assistance (FA) for all approved courses on the spouse's Career and Training Plan. This includes (course titles, costs and start/end dates).
First Step - Register on the MyCAA site
Establish a MyCAA Account by visiting MyCAA. Provide the spouse profile information, MyCAA will verify spouse DEERS eligibility. Then choose our institute and the course of your choice. You will only be able to register for one course at a time, but we are more than happy to help you design a course curriculum that will help you reach your goal.
