Having traveled throughout the world, she has participated in hotel management overseas, owned an international restaurant, supported and worked on the boards of a number of multi-cultural organizations. Cathy has dedicated herself to helping others become strong, independent individuals. She is also the Director of the Dental Management Club a unique membership site for dentists and dental team members worldwide.

Mary Lambourne, is an ideal teacher for Warschaw Learning Institute. Her initial training began as an orthodontic assistant. Her career continued as an office manager for a pedodontist and later for an orthodontist. Up until 2003 Mary was the office manager for her husband's dental practice. It was at that time that she joined the Warschaw Learning Institute. She believes in order to have a productive dental practice it is essential that the front office team be trained properly. Mary feels privileged to be involved in training the Dental Office Management Program.

Michelle Feierabend-Parish, has been in the dental field over 20 years. She started out as an orthodontic assistant and worked her way in management at a corporate dental company overseeing multiple offices. Over the past five years, she has been employed at Cuyahoga Community Corporate College in Cleveland, Ohio as an instructor for their dental management program, a program which she helped develop. She has also taught and developed courses in diversity and customer service. Michelle has worked as an independent consultant for private dental offices assisting dentists with accounts receivables and administrative training. Michelle majored in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Akron and values the importance of diversity and customer service training, enabling her to combine her education and work experience to educate others. |
