Director	Cathy Warschaw, the Director of the Warschaw Learning Institute, has both national and international credentials. Having traveled throughout the world, she has participated in hotel management overseas, owned an international restaurant, supported and worked on the boards of a number of multi-cultural organizations. Cathy has dedicated herself to helping others become strong, independent individuals. She is also the Director of the Dental Management Club a unique membership site for dentists and dental team members worldwide.
Instructor	Mary Lambourne, is an ideal teacher for Warschaw Learning Institute. Her initial training began as an orthodontic assistant. Her career continued as an office manager for a pedodontist and later for an orthodontist. Up until 2003 Mary was the office manager for her husband's dental practice. It was at that time that she joined the Warschaw Learning Institute. She believes in order to have a productive dental practice it is essential that the front office team be trained properly. Mary feels privileged to be involved in training the Dental Office Management Program.
Instructor	Anthony Warkins, is the perfect instructor for our Dental Insurance for the Financial Coordinator and Dental to Medical Cross Coding Courses. Employed for years by one of the top dental insurance companies in the country, Tony brings an insight far beyond other instructors teaching this subject. He has long felt that there is a tremendous disconnect between providers and insurance companies and he is determined to bridge that communication gap. He co-wrote the ebook provided with our insurance course.
Director of Education and Instructor	Michelle Feierabend-Parish, has been in the dental field over 20 years. She started out as an orthodontic assistant and worked her way in management at a corporate dental company overseeing multiple offices. Over the past five years, she has been employed at Cuyahoga Community Corporate College in Cleveland, Ohio as an instructor for their dental management program, a program which she helped develop. She has also taught and developed courses in diversity and customer service. Michelle has worked as an independent consultant for private dental offices assisting dentists with accounts receivables and administrative training. Michelle majored in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Akron and values the importance of diversity and customer service training, enabling her to combine her education and work experience to educate others.
Community College Administrator	Terry Sterling, has been in the educational field for 33 years as a teacher, coach, director and administrator. ADVISORY COMMITTEE The Warschaw Learning Institute Advisory Committee is comprised of dentists and hygienist with various specialties and backgrounds. 	Dr. Lilia Larin, has been practicing dentistry in San Diego, California. She is a respected national voice representing the concerns of Hispanic and female dentists. Dr. Larin's leadership roles include President and Founder of the Hispanic Dental Association (San Diego Chapter, 2002), President of the San Diego Association of Women Dentists (2003), President of the San Diego Academy of General Dentistry (2007), and the President of the American Association of Women Dentists (2008).
	Dr. Rich Hirschinger, graduated from the USC School of Dentistry and USC Marshall School of Business. Creator and CEO of Digital Dental Strategies, Inc., the parent company of DDS.com and DMD.com. Part-time Clinical Faculty in the Restorative Department at the USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Hirschinger belongs to the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Los Angeles Dental Society.
	Dr. Daniel Weaver, practices General Dentistry with his wife, Dr. Stephanie Weaver in Lake Charles and Sulphur, Louisiana. The Louisiana Dental Association presented its 2009 New Dentist Award to Dr. Weaver for his distinguished service over the last 9 years including civic involvement, public service and unselfish devotion to the dental profession. He is currently serving as vice-president and sustaining advisor for the Southwest component, and as a member of the Louisiana Dental Association Council on Government Affairs.
	Dr. Sam Markzar, practices in Beverly Hills, California. He is an active educator, and currently holds a teaching positon as Clinical Assistant Professor of Periodontology and Implantology at USC, Department of Advanced Periodontics, Division of Surgery. He is also a specialty board member at Delta Dental Care of California, Peer Review Committee, and chief member at credentialing review board. Dr. Markzar is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Dental Association.
	Elizabeth Wimberly R.D.H., M.S. graduated in 1985 from the Texas Woman's University Dental Hygiene Program. She received her Master Degree in 1993 in Public Administration and Allied Health from the University of Texas. Her background has enabled her to work in all the dental specialties including being the Director of the Tyler Junior College Dental Hygiene program for 5 years. Elizabeth currently owns and manages her own staffing company in Austin, TX. Dental Link Services of the Hill Country.
