Cathy Warschaw, the Director of the Warschaw Learning Institute, has both national and international credentials. Having traveled throughout the world, she has participated in hotel management overseas, owned an international restaurant, supported and worked on the boards of a number of multi-cultural organizations. Cathy has dedicated herself to helping others become strong, independent individuals. She is also the  Director of the Dental Management Club a unique membership site for dentists and dental team members worldwide.

Elaine Dickson, began her career in dentistry as a chairside assistant. Elaine's actual hands on experience over the past 30 years affords her the unique ability to speak in a language understood and appreciated by others in the field who face the same challenges every day. Elaine has lectured on the subject of dental insurance and is the author and instructor of our Dental Insurance and Dental to Medical Cross Coding Courses. Elaine's vision is to help others in the profession turn their dental insurance nightmares into sweet dreams.

Mary Lambourne, is an ideal teacher for Warschaw Learning Institute. Her initial training began as an orthodontic assistant. Her career continued as an office manager for a pedodontist and later for an orthodontist. Up until 2003 Mary was the office manager for her husband's dental practice. It was at that time that she joined the Warschaw Learning Institute. She believes in order to have a productive dental practice it is essential that the front office team be trained properly. Mary feels privileged to be involved in training the Dental Office Management Program.

Deb Roberge brings over 40 years of varied experience to the Warschaw Learning Institute. After holding virtually every position within a dental practice, and later working with doctors and their teams in coaching and assisting them to be the best they can be, Deb suddenly realized her "true calling". In 1997 she developed the business model that later became a national Dental Placement Agency franchise system and her passion for Dental Team Development and Dental Team Advocacy took off!

We are honored to have Deb with us to enlighten and train in areas that continue to be one of the greatest challenges in overseeing a successful dental practice. She shares her extensive knowledge and experience in Team Hire, Integration, Maintenance and Dismissal. Debra Hewitt, has worked in the dental profession since 1982. She has coached more than 250 dentists and their teams through out the United States. She is a faculty member of a private college and was a faculty member at a prestigious business school for dentists. She is a certified structural consultant, certified Kolbe consultant, and has been a guest lectured at A.T. Still Dental University in Mesa, Arizona. Debra is the author and instructor of the How to Improve Collections to 98% and Untapping Your Hygiene Departments Potential.
